The Navy accepted public comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Overseas Environmental Impact Statement (EIS/OEIS) from Aug. 19 through Oct. 3, 2022. All comments received during the public review and comment period were considered and acknowledged or responded to in the Final EIS/OEIS.
